What the license includes
NetGate traffic monitoring and history are free. A valid paid license unlocks control of application access to the network. This is a NetGate license for macOS; it does not include Breeze, a VPN or third-party applications.

Plans and Mac capacity
Monthly subscription: €1 EUR per month, one Mac.
Annual subscription: €9.90 EUR per year, one Mac.
Personal lifetime license: €25 EUR once, one Mac.
Lifetime family license: €40 EUR once for two Macs, or €50 EUR once for three Macs.
Before payment, Stripe displays your selected plan and the total amount. Existing purchases retain their original currency and terms: moving new plans to EUR does not rewrite earlier USD purchases.

Subscription and cancellation of renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel renewal in the Stripe portal opened from the license page: https://netgate.world/payment?lang=en. The already-paid period remains available unless the purchase is refunded and access is revoked.
A lifetime license is a single payment, without a subscription or recurring charges. It has no scheduled expiry date; server license checks are still required. Lifetime access does not promise compatibility with every future macOS version or Mac model.

Key, activation and devices
After payment is confirmed as successful, the key is available on the purchase page and is sent to the email address provided at payment. A pending or failed payment does not grant a new right to use the product.
To activate, open NetGate → Settings → License and paste the entire key. The first activation requires internet access. The app periodically renews its signed authorization through the server; a previously saved offline authorization is valid only until its own expiry and never beyond the paid period.
You may use no more Macs simultaneously than your plan allows. Recovering a key does not free occupied seats, change device bindings or extend access. Contact support about moving to another Mac.
Keep your key private. Recover it using the original purchase email: https://netgate.world/payment/recover-email?lang=en. The message is delivered only to the verified paid-purchase address.

14 days to request a full refund
You may request a full refund of the latest payment within 14 calendar days of that payment. This is NetGate's voluntary policy for both the initial purchase and automatic renewals, including an already-activated license.
Email hello@netgate.world from your purchase address, or provide your order number. Once order ownership is verified, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies; Stripe's refund confirmation does not mean the funds have already arrived.
After a refund, the corresponding right to use the product is revoked and renewal of the related subscription is canceled. An authorization previously saved for offline use may remain valid until the next check or its expiry. Free traffic monitoring and history remain available.
Canceling renewal without a refund is a separate action and preserves the paid period. These terms do not limit statutory rights for product defects or other mandatory consumer rights.

Terms edition
For new orders, the terms edition is saved when Checkout is created. Recovery and language switching do not change it. If a purchase predates these terms, an attached current edition is provided for reference and is not represented as the text accepted for that earlier purchase.
